All RAM is compatible if YES, you can put 800mhz RAM and it will clock the bus speed of the MoBo. And DDR2 ram does not come in 667 and 533 MHz, the other guy is bad. Also, if you never OC'ed system RAM will not keep you bus speed is your MoBo only problem. Have fun

Should I use Boot Camp to run Windows (on my mac mini)?
To begin, I did not really made up my mind whether I want Windows on my Mac. So … For I know some things about Boot Camp. 1) After you install Windows XP in boot camp (via a legal XP disk) can I install on top of XP – Windows Vista (Vista via a legal upgrade disk only)? 2) Some people say you should back up Mac OS X first, would have time back of the machine is ok, so if Mac OS X is full I can install my drive and select restore from Time Machine disk, would it work? 3) would a Mac Mini with the following specifications to be able to run Vista properly, Mac OS X version 10.5.6 (that came with 10.5.4 but will update, cool a) Processor 1.83GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Memory 1 GB DDR2 667 MHz SDRAM 80GB Hard Drive (small but I'll manage all right.) 4) If I do not camp military, can I uninstall and reverse everything I did? then install Windows again in the future? 5) would you if you were me? If you want to back up Mac OS X with Time Machine you can do. But i wouldnt relay on 100%, but I wouldnt say there is even a 5% chance that your Mac OSX is gunna be deleted or screwed. 3. The Mac Mini would turn when you start, but if you already have things running on the Mac side, such as Garage Band and you open it, and open in Windows Paint, etc., it works almost as well as the normal MacBook.
