There was a question yesterday from a guy who had poor performance on Vista, even if he had a 8800 GTX! Apparently, he was faced with games as Oblivion and Battlefield 2, it would have been easy to handle. It may well be Vista that slows your PC down. In fact, I just watched a comparative table graphics cards, and it seems that you have a card lower than me. I have a 1800 512 XT, and I think that would be faced with the latest FIFA. You also do not mention your CPU, which could contribute to poor performance if it is low. Extra RAM will not help you if your graphics card is not the task.

They are both combinations of total crap, the RM-70 processor is better than the T3200 is. My friend had a T3200 and failed to run even Epicly WoW at a rate not late. But now he has a RM-70 (How ironic, lol), which performs much better. DDR3 memory is much faster than DDR2 if, but when it comes to game, even slightly, it is preferable to have a more powerful processor the memory of better quality.
