This graphics card is compatible with my PC?

Well I have a Dell Dimension 3000 and have recently started to update. It is a PowerColor HD 2400 256 MB PCI PRO ….. My computer does that PCI should work …. Added note: My PC video controller sucks pure and simple. He has no decent pixel shader and video memory extremely low. I want to play a game … not just watching a black screen and imagine what happens. I can not purchase a new PC due to financial reasons.
