I have a Dell Inspiron 700m with 512Ram on a stick. 1. Then I through the purchase of a 1GB stick of RAM and have a total of 1.5 GB of RAM? 2. What type of RAM do I need this phone? (1GB PC2700 333MHZ DDR SODIMM 200-pin)?
Go to the following link http://www.crucial.com they can do a line check which will determine your ram motherboard supports. They recommend the optimum amount. You can order online and, although they are not the cheapest, is to pay for good ram. They guarantee compatibility with your motherboard and give an excellent warranty.They also provide installation instructions. I used many times and always been satisfied. Hope this helps.
