Bluscreen when the windows loading?

I built a PC and was fine until I tried to load Windows on the hard disk. It Loader there when trying to start going to a blue screen then restarts. I put a hard drive that has Windows on it and it restarts even when trying to load Windows. Am I missing something Please help. You'll probably need to do a clean install of Windows. Part Windows has all the drivers are responsible for all devices. It is preferable to a new facility because it means that your installation is corrupted or some necessary boot files are missing.
